Privacy Policy

When you book a class, we collect your name and email address so we can confirm your booking and send session details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe: your card number never touches our systems, and we never see or store it.

When you join the interest list, we collect your name, email, and the classes you selected, so we can tell you when dates open.

When you send a private event inquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number if you provide one, occasion, group size, and message.

When you buy a gift certificate, we collect the recipient name, email, and personal note you enter, so we can deliver the certificate.

To run your bookings: confirmations, session details, venue addresses, schedule changes, and refunds.

To notify you about new class dates if you joined the interest list. Every one of those emails is something you asked for. Reply to any of them and we'll take you off the list.

To respond to private event inquiries you send us.

That's it. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or send marketing you didn't sign up for.

We use a small number of services to run the Guild: Stripe (payments), Supabase (our booking database), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (website hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

This site does not run advertising trackers.

We photograph some class sessions for our website and social media. If you'd rather not appear in photos, tell your instructor at the start of class. No explanation needed, and it won't be awkward.

Want your information corrected or deleted, or want to know what we have? Email hello@fidalgomakersguild.com and we'll handle it, usually within a few days. Note that we keep basic booking and payment records as long as tax law requires.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it here with a new date. This version is effective July 15, 2026.
